CONTENTS CHANGED STILL PERTINANT INFORMATION For your information, listed below are some of the festival regulations that will be strictly enforced. We appreciate your continued support and cooperation in these matters. 1) There is absolutely no driving onto the park grounds. 2) No unauthorized food vending. This includes soda, chips, candy, etc. The food vending has been assigned. 3) No overnight sleeping on the festival grounds without prior permission from both the Babylonian Ensemble and the City of Seattle. 4) No alcohol is allowed in city parks. 5) No lewd or offensive behavior. 6) Set-up starts at Friday evening at 6:30pm-8:30pm for canopies and tents only. 8:00 a.m. Saturday morning. 7) Booth sections will be measured, marked and numbered for your convenience. Please, all items like racks, tables, etc., must stay inside the space assigned and allowed to you. Even though we are outside there are still fire codes and crowd issues to consider. Check the website for booth assignment numbers (we're gonna try to post a map...) 8) There are no tables included in your booth fee. For the fee of $10.00 each, tables may be rented the day of the festival. 9) Be respectful of your neighbors. They are at the festival for the same reason you are. We would like everyone to enjoy our event. 10) There are no restrictions set in the amount of vendors dealing in similar services or goods. 11) Your cleared check is your receipt. Suggestions to promote your booth and increase your sales potential… 1) Vendor name and number will be in the program. 2) Put a sign on your booth to let customers know who you are. Even a homemade sign can make an impression. 4) Start a mailing list at your booth for next year. Or even for other events where you vend during the year.
